Advocacy & Best Practices – How to support and champion your members effectively, build strong partnerships, and position your BIA as a key community stakeholder.
This course will equip you with essential knowledge and gain practical experience from someone with 30 years of BIA experience who understands the challenges of the role you’ve taken on.
